Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy strictly for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your item is damaged upon delivery, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving it to request a return or replacement.
Please note that we do not accept regret-based returns (e.g., deciding to sell your car, changing your build plans, or no longer needing the parts).
All returned items will be thoroughly inspected. We reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement if we determine that the damage was caused after delivery, through improper handling, installation, misuse, or intentional tampering. Genuine manufacturing or transit-related defects, however, will be fully covered.
To process a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Once approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund based on availability.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nytforge.com. Once your return is approved, you must create your own shipping label to the location we will provide the address for. Please note that returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, such as:
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. As with our standard return policy, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
