Where do you ship from?

We ship from the United Kingdom.

What if my car is already modified?

Our parts is designed to fit only the OEM specification of your car.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

When there is high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.

How do I return an item?

We offer a 30-day return policy strictly for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your item is damaged upon delivery, you must notify us within 1 day of receiving it to request a return or replacement.

Please note that we do not accept regret-based returns (e.g., deciding to sell your car, changing your build plans, or no longer needing the parts).

All returned items will be thoroughly inspected. We reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement if we determine that the damage was caused after delivery, through improper handling, installation, misuse, or intentional tampering. Genuine manufacturing or transit-related defects, however, will be fully covered.

To process a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Once approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund based on availability. Please remember you must create your own shipping label to the address we provide.
